Not the right fit? You have 30 days.
Return window
Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. Shoes should be unworn — trying them on indoors is fine — and returned in the original box.
How to start a return
Email support@sovcoshoes.com with your order reference and the reason for the return. We reply within one business day with return instructions and the correct address.
Exchanges
Wrong size or colour? Tell us the size you need and we will arrange the exchange as soon as the return is confirmed.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the return being received.
Damaged or incorrect items
Send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will replace the item or refund you in full — you will not be asked to pay return shipping.
