Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every order, to every country worldwide, with no minimum spend and no handling fees. Checkout shows a single "Free worldwide shipping" rate at $0.00.
Dispatch time
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment.
Delivery estimate
Most orders arrive within 7–12 business days after dispatch. Remote regions and customs checks can add a few days.
Tracking
You receive a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel leaves the warehouse. If it hasn't arrived within 25 business days, contact us and we will refund or reship.
Duties and taxes
Applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout. Any import duties charged by your local customs authority are the customer's responsibility.
